Foxybingo How to Withdraw
Cashing out at Foxy Bingo follows one simple rule: your winnings travel back along the route your deposit took. Here is every step, method, limit and delay explained in plain English.
Log in, open the Cashier, choose Withdraw, select your original deposit method, type in the amount and confirm. Your first cash-out needs identity verification. Fast Bank Transfer takes 2-4 working days; card and PayPal timings are not published.
How to withdraw step by step
Taking money out of Foxy Bingo is a short routine once your account is verified. The screens may be labelled slightly differently on the website and in the app, but the order below does not change. Read through it once before your first request, because the one step people skip, verification, is the one that decides how fast the money arrives.
- 1
Log in
Sign in on the website or in the app with your own account. Do not use a shared device with saved passwords you do not control.
- 2
Open the Cashier
The Cashier is where deposits, withdrawals and your transaction history live. Your balance is shown there too.
- 3
Choose Withdraw
Switch from the deposit tab to the withdrawal tab. Only the methods that can receive money are offered there.
- 4
Pick your method
Select the card, wallet or bank route you used to deposit. Winnings are returned via your original payment route.
- 5
Enter the amount
Type what you want to take out. The minimum for your method appears in the Cashier, and bonus money that is still locked cannot be withdrawn.
- 6
Send documents if asked
Your name, age and address are verified. You may be asked for ID, proof of address or, for larger sums, proof of where the money came from.
- 7
Confirm
Check the method and amount once more, then confirm. You should see the request listed straight away.
- 8
Track it
Follow the status in your transaction history, then check your card, wallet or bank account when the payout is marked complete.
What to do before your first withdrawal
The cleanest cash-out is the one where nothing is left to check. Foxy Bingo verifies your name, age and address, and it is much better to do that when you register or make your first deposit than at the moment you want your money. Make sure the name on your account is exactly the name on your ID and on the payment method you intend to use. Small differences, such as a shortened first name or an old address, are the sort of thing that sends a request into a manual queue.
Next, decide which method you will use to collect winnings and deposit with that one. Because the payout returns to a method you have funded, your first deposit effectively chooses your first withdrawal route. If you start with Apple Pay or Pay by Bank, bear in mind that the rules do not say these can receive a payout, so a debit card or a bank account may be needed later.
Finally, check whether any bonus is attached to your balance. A welcome reward is unlocked by depositing £10 in one transaction and staking £10, and the terms of the reward are shown on the Offers page. While bonus terms are still running, the bonus portion cannot be cashed out, and that is a common source of confusion: the balance on screen is bigger than the amount you can withdraw. The bonuses page explains where to find those terms.
Have ready
A recent proof of address, a photo ID, and the card or wallet you deposited with. For larger sums, payslips or 3 months of bank statements.
Expect to wait
Reviews take longer than a button press. Fast Bank Transfer is 2-4 working days, other timings are not published.
A practical habit: request your withdrawal early in the day and early in the week. Nothing in the published rules says this speeds anything up at the casino end, but a request made on a Friday evening can run straight into a weekend, and for bank-based payouts that matters. The section on bank rails explains why.
All withdrawal methods in one table
Foxy Bingo does not publish a single page of withdrawal limits, so this table pulls together what the UK terms and help centre do state. Where the site gives no figure, the cell says "Not published" instead of guessing. Use the filter to narrow the list to methods that can take a payout, methods with a published speed, or methods with no fee.

| Skrill | Cashier | Not published | Not published | Not published | If shown |
| Neteller | Cashier | Not published | Not published | Not published | If shown |
Pay by Bank limits are per deposit. "Cashier" means the minimum is displayed in your Cashier, not on a public page.
A few things the table cannot say in two words. First, the closed loop: a withdrawal is paid back to a method you have already deposited with, so the list of methods you can actually use is usually shorter than the list above. Second, Apple Pay and Pay by Bank are clearly documented as ways to put money in, but the rules do not say whether they can also receive winnings. If your only deposit route was one of these, your winnings are paid to another verified method, such as a debit card or a bank account through Fast Bank Transfer, and the Cashier will show you which options are open.
Third, fees. Withdrawals to debit cards and bank carry no fee from Foxy Bingo. For PayPal, paysafecard, Skrill and Neteller the site does not publish a fee either way, which is why those cells are marked "Not published". Your wallet or bank can have its own charges, such as a currency conversion cost, so it is worth a look at their tariff. Fourth, Skrill and Neteller are listed in the payment rules, but whether they are available on a UK account is not confirmed, so treat them as "where shown in your Cashier".
How should you choose between them? Start with what you already hold. If you deposited with a debit card, that card is your route and there is little to decide. If you deposited with PayPal, check that the deposit is inside the 6-month window. If you want to be paid to your bank account, Fast Bank Transfer is the option with the clearest published terms: £5 equivalent minimum, £250,000 equivalent maximum, 2-4 working days and no fee from the site.
It also helps to separate three kinds of limit that are easy to mix up. The first is the cashier limit for a single transaction, which differs by method and is shown on screen. The second is the maximum win, which is £250,000 for slots, bingo, casino and live games and £100,000 for poker. The third is the single deposit ceiling of £2,000, which is about paying in and has no bearing on how much you can take out. A winning above the cap of a game is reduced to the cap in line with the terms, so read the game rules if you chase a large prize.
One more point on speed. The only timing Foxy Bingo publishes is the 2-4 working days for Fast Bank Transfer, and it is tempting to assume the other methods are faster because wallets and cards feel instant when you deposit. Deposits are one thing and payouts another: a payout normally passes a review step before it is released, then travels through your card network, wallet or bank. Without a published figure, the fair expectation is that it varies, and the transaction history is where you will see it move.
Debit cards
Visa and Maestro
Visa debit and Maestro debit are accepted for deposits, and a withdrawal goes back to the same card. No withdrawal fee is charged on debit cards.
Mastercard and the 6-month rule
To withdraw to a Mastercard you need a successful deposit with Mastercard in the last 6 months. An old card that has gone quiet may be refused.
No credit cards
Since 14 April 2020 no GB-licensed site may take a gambling deposit on a credit card, and that includes using one to top up an e-wallet.
For most players a debit card is the plainest route. You paid in with it, so the money returns to it, and the cardholder's name must match the name on your Foxy Bingo account. A card in someone else's name, even a partner's, will not pass verification, and that mismatch is one of the more common reasons for a held payout.
Cards from money-service firms, such as Wise or N26-type cards, are not accepted at Foxy Bingo at all. If you have one of these in your wallet it is better not to try it, because a failed deposit can leave you with a card you cannot use and a verification question you did not need.
A card withdrawal follows the closed-loop rule: the money goes back to the debit card you paid in with. Foxy Bingo charges no fee on withdrawals to debit cards, and the status of each request is shown in your transaction history.
Speed is the part nobody can promise. Some debit cards support push-to-card payouts (Visa Direct and Mastercard Send), which can land in minutes when your card and your bank are enrolled. Whether and how Foxy Bingo uses them, and the processing time it applies to card withdrawals, is not published. Your transaction history shows when the request has been approved, and your bank app shows when the money lands.
PayPal and other e-wallets
PayPal is the e-wallet most UK players reach for, and it works as a withdrawal route at Foxy Bingo. The condition is the same as for Mastercard: you need a successful PayPal deposit in the last 6 months. If you used PayPal a year ago and have deposited by card since, the safest way to reopen the PayPal route is a small deposit with it, not a hopeful withdrawal request. The minimum, maximum and processing time for PayPal withdrawals are not published, so the Cashier is where you will find the current limits.
paysafecard needs a little care. Foxy Bingo accepts it through a paysafecard account only, not through the prepaid vouchers you buy in a shop. That matters because a voucher has nowhere to send winnings. With an account, a payout returns to that account, again with the 6-month deposit requirement. Skrill and Neteller appear in the payment rules, but whether they are open to UK accounts is not confirmed, so look for them in your own Cashier rather than assuming.
Whatever wallet you use, the closed loop applies. Foxy Bingo allows up to three active payment methods in a rolling 30 days, so hopping between a card, PayPal, paysafecard and a bank route is a quick way to hit the ceiling. More methods also means more paths for verification to check, and more places your money could be waiting when you want to cash out.
Wallets have one more feature worth knowing: they add a second set of rules. Your wallet provider can hold, limit or verify an incoming payment on its own timetable, and the casino has no control over it. If Foxy Bingo shows a payout as complete but the wallet balance has not moved, the next call is to the wallet support, with the transaction reference from your history. Check as well that the wallet account is in your own name and that the email on it is the one you used when depositing.
A sensible setup is one main method and, at most, one backup. Pick the one you would be happy to receive winnings on, make the deposit with it, and use it consistently. When you later withdraw, there is no question about where the money should go.
Bank rails: Fast Bank Transfer and Pay by Bank
Two bank-based options sit in the Cashier, and they do different jobs. Fast Bank Transfer is a withdrawal-only option. It pays winnings straight to your UK bank account, with a minimum of £5 equivalent and a maximum of £250,000 equivalent, and it takes 2-4 working days. It is the only route with a published withdrawal timing, and it carries no fee. Pay by Bank is open banking through TrueLayer, allowing £5-£5,000 per payment. It is documented for deposits; whether it can receive a payout is not published.
Fast Bank Transfer
Withdrawals only. £5 to £250,000 equivalent, 2-4 working days, no fee from the site. Best for larger sums when you do not want the money on a card.
Pay by Bank
Built for deposits at £5-£5,000 a payment through TrueLayer. Do not rely on it as a withdrawal route unless your Cashier shows it on the Withdraw screen.
Why weekends and bank holidays matter
"2-4 working days" is counted in working days, so the weekend does not count. Behind that phrase are the UK payment systems your bank uses. Faster Payments runs around the clock all year, weekends and bank holidays included, and the limit is set by each bank. Bacs follows a three-working-day cycle and skips weekends and bank holidays. CHAPS runs Monday to Friday and is closed on bank holidays.
Foxy Bingo does not say which of those rails it uses for Fast Bank Transfer, so you cannot tell in advance whether a Friday request will land on Saturday or on Tuesday. What you can do is allow for the gap. A request made just before a long weekend with a bank holiday on the Monday can pass through several non-working days before the clock even starts to tick.
Your own bank has a say too. Each bank sets its own Faster Payments limit, so a very large incoming payment may be flagged or held for checks at the receiving end even though the sender has released it. The same goes for a new account opened the same week. If you expect a six-figure payout, it is wise to tell your bank to expect a payment from a gambling operator and keep your documents handy.
When Pay by Bank is your deposit route, the sensible thing is to keep a bank account in your own name ready for Fast Bank Transfer anyway. That way you are not dependent on a payout route that has not been confirmed, and the account you collect on is one that already passed identity checks.
If the money has not arrived after the fourth working day, look at your transaction history first. If the request shows as complete, ask your bank to search for an incoming payment from LC International Limited. If it still shows as pending, contact Foxy Bingo support, which the footer describes as available 24/7.
How it looks on your bank statement
Foxy Bingo does not publish the exact wording that appears on a statement, so there is no line to quote. What is certain is who is behind the payment: the operator for UK players is LC International Limited, registered in Gibraltar and part of Entain plc. A payout may therefore appear under the operator name or under a Foxy Bingo payments label. If you cannot spot it, search your statement for those names rather than for the amount alone.
- Cards. Gambling card payments carry the merchant category code 7995. Banks use that code to apply gambling blocks.
- Bank blocks. Monzo offers a gambling block inside its app, with a cooldown, NatWest and RBS and Halifax have a card gambling block, and Santander offers a gambling block through the bank. For the last three, switching it off takes 48 hours.
- Direction matters. These blocks usually stop outgoing card payments to gambling merchants. They are not designed to stop incoming winnings, though the details are set by each bank.
If you have switched on a gambling block with your bank on purpose, leave it on. It is a good safer gambling tool. If you are unsure how it treats incoming payments, check with your bank before you request a withdrawal.
For your own bookkeeping, remember that UK players do not pay tax on winnings, so no declaration is needed for a payout from Foxy Bingo. Keeping the statement lines is still useful: if you ever need to prove where money came from, or to compare your deposits and withdrawals over a year, your bank statements are the neutral record. They are also exactly what a source-of-funds request asks for, in the form of 3 months of statements.
Keep this in mind when you plan which method to use. A player who deposits by card and withdraws to the same card is fine as long as the card is open to the payout. A player whose bank blocks gambling transactions on their debit card may find the deposit side stopped first, which is a different problem from a stuck withdrawal. In that case Pay by Bank or an e-wallet can be a cleaner route, provided it suits your own limits and the block you set is still doing the job you intended.
Why a withdrawal gets declined or held
Most delays come down to six causes. None of them is exotic, and nearly all can be avoided before you ever press Confirm.
Verification pending
Name, age and address have to be verified before a payout. If your documents are not uploaded or do not match your account details, the request waits.
Source of funds
You may be asked for payslips or 3 months of bank statements. You have 28 days to send them, otherwise deposits are limited to £100 a month.
Method too old
PayPal, paysafecard and Mastercard need a successful deposit in the last 6 months. Without one, that route is closed for payouts.
Wrong card type
Credit cards and cards from money-service firms such as Wise or N26 are not accepted, so a payout cannot be returned to them.
Too many methods
More than three active payment methods in a rolling 30 days is over the limit, and the extra ones will be refused.
Bonus or name mismatch
Bonus terms that are still running can lock part of your balance, and a payment method in a different name will fail the checks.
The pending period itself, meaning how long a request waits before it is released, is not published, and neither is the policy on reversing a withdrawal. That is the reason this page avoids giving a number. If your request is pending, the productive move is to read the status in your transaction history, see whether a document request is waiting for you, and answer it in full the first time.
What to do if yours is held
- Open the transaction history and read the status of the request before contacting anyone.
- Look for a document request in your account or email, and answer it with clear, uncropped, in-date files.
- Check that the name shown on the card, wallet or bank account matches your Foxy Bingo account name exactly.
- Confirm that your chosen method has a successful deposit in the last 6 months, if it is PayPal, paysafecard or Mastercard.
- Check that no bonus terms are still running on the balance you are trying to take out.
- Contact support with the transaction reference and one question, instead of sending several messages.
Patience is part of the plan too. A held request is not a rejection, and most are released once the missing piece arrives. If, after complaining to the operator, you feel the answer is wrong, the dispute route is IBAS.
If a withdrawal is declined, do not respond by trying a different card or opening a new method straight away. That can run into the three-methods limit and add a new set of checks. Read the reason shown, fix that one thing, and contact support if it is unclear. If you remain unhappy after complaining to Foxy Bingo first, the ADR body named in the UK terms is IBAS, the Independent Betting Adjudication Service. If gambling is becoming a problem, GamCare, BeGambleAware and GAMSTOP offer free help, and the responsible gambling page lists the tools on the site.
What players say
- Players like that the closed-loop rule is stated plainly: you know in advance that winnings return to the method you deposited with.
- The high maximum win and the large Fast Bank Transfer ceiling come up as reassurance for people who hope for a big result.
- The common advice is to verify early, before the first win, so the checks are already done when you want to cash out.
- Players who stick to one method report fewer questions than those who switch between several.
The less happy comments tend to be about the absence of published card and wallet timings, which is a fair point. It is also why we say plainly where a figure is missing, so you can decide with the information that exists.
Cash-out questions answered
What to do next
Withdrawing is quick when the groundwork is done: verify early, keep one or two payment methods, and cash out to the same route you used to pay in. When you feel ready to give it a go, , complete the checks once and your future cash-outs will be much smoother.
