Foxybingo Is It Legit

We checked the public register, the UK terms and the help centre to see whether Foxy Bingo is safe for UK players, what it asks of you and where it falls short.

Yes, Foxy Bingo is legit. It is a Gambling Commission-licensed site run for UK players by LC International Limited, part of Entain plc. Expect ID and source-of-funds checks before your first cash-out, and cash-outs that return to the card or wallet you paid in with. That is standard UK practice, not a warning sign.

Licence and owner

Whether Foxy Bingo is legit starts with one question: who is allowed to run it for people in Great Britain? The answer is on a public record, not in our opinion. For UK players the operator is LC International Limited, a company registered in Gibraltar under company number 46808. It belongs to Entain plc, a listed gambling group, so the person who answers for the site is a named, regulated company rather than an anonymous shell.

LC International Limited Company no. 46808 Account 54743 Active since 1 July 2019 ADR: IBAS

The Gambling Commission lists the operator under account number 54743, with licence number 054743-R-330863-015. The status is Active, and it has been since 1 July 2019. The licences are remote licences, which is the type needed to offer gambling online to people in Britain, and they cover bingo, casino and betting. That matches what you can actually do on the site: bingo rooms, Slingo, slots, live casino and a sports side.

The register also does something useful for a sceptical reader. It lists the trading name Foxy Bingo and the domain foxybingo.com as active. Scam copies rarely appear there, because a licence is tied to specific names and domains. If the name and the address in your browser match the register, you are in the right place.

No need to trust us on this; checking takes about a minute. Open the Gambling Commission public register entry for account 54743, confirm that the status reads Active and that the trading name and domain match what you see in the address bar. Then scroll to the foot of the Foxy Bingo site, where the operator name and licence details should read the same. Two matching sources are enough.

Ownership matters for a second reason: accountability. A group the size of Entain plc is itself subject to financial reporting, audits and investor scrutiny, and a single operating company inside it carries the Gambling Commission licence. That structure does not guarantee a perfect experience, but it does mean player funds, advertising and compliance sit with an established business with a lot to lose from cutting corners. A new, unnamed offshore brand cannot say the same.

Be careful with look-alike sites. Search results, social posts and ads sometimes show pages that borrow the Foxy Bingo name. The licence belongs to the specific domain on the register, so type the address yourself or use a link you trust, and check that the operator name in the footer is LC International Limited. If a page asks you to pay with a credit card, a voucher shop or crypto, treat that as a red flag: since 14 April 2020 no GB-licensed site may take a gambling deposit on a credit card, and the cashier here does not accept them.

When something goes wrong, the licence gives you a route. The operator must handle your complaint first. If you and the site cannot agree, the alternative dispute resolution body named in the UK terms is IBAS, the Independent Betting Adjudication Service. Its involvement is free to you, and the licensee has to take part. For the full wording, read the terms page, and for the brand story see About.

Our score and how we got it

A yes or no answer hides a lot, so we split "legit" into six criteria and scored each out of 10. The table below is the default view. If one criterion matters more to you, say withdrawals over games, move its slider and the weighted total updates; the weights are always rescaled to add up to 100%.

Weighted total: 8.2 out of 10

With our default weights Foxy Bingo scores 8.2 out of 10. The licence and safer gambling rows carry it; the support row pulls it down, and that is a fair reflection of what is published rather than a sign of trouble.

Foxy Bingo legitimacy scorecard: six weighted criteria

Read the scores as a ranking of confidence, not a promise. A 9.5 for licence and ownership reflects how easy it is to verify the facts in one place. The 8.0 for payments reflects a good spread of everyday UK methods and clear fee rules, held back only by the missing timings for cards, PayPal and e-wallets. Fairness of terms gets 7.0 because most rules are reasonable and written down, yet a few of them, such as the 3-method limit and the dormant-account fee, can catch a casual player out. Games and product earns 8.0 for a broad mix of bingo, Slingo, slots, casino and live games from names such as Pragmatic Play, Blueprint Gaming, Microgaming, Eyecon, Pariplay and Evolution. Safer gambling earns 9.0 for tools that sit inside the account. Support gets 6.5, simply because less is published.

What each criterion means

Licence and ownership asks whether a regulator authorises the operator, whether the licence is current and whether you can find a responsible company behind the brand. Payments and withdrawals looks at the methods on offer, fees, limits and how clearly the rules are written. Fairness of terms covers win caps, fees and restrictions that could surprise you. Safer gambling tools counts the controls that let you set boundaries. Games and product judges breadth and the quality of the studios. Support and complaints weighs access to help and a clear escalation path.

Sources: the Gambling Commission public register, the UK general terms, the help centre and the App Store listing. All were checked on 19 October 2026. We did not time withdrawals or test support ourselves, so anything the operator has not published is marked as not published and is never filled in with a guess. Scores are our judgement from those sources, not a regulator rating.

How payouts work in practice

Many searches for "is Foxy Bingo legit" are really "will I get paid". We did not run our own payout tests, so there are no timing claims here. What we can do is lay out the rules the operator publishes, and be clear about what it does not publish.

  1. 1

    Verify early

Name, age and address are checked. Upload ID before you win, not after.

  2. 2

    Pick the same method

Winnings go back via your original deposit route, so select it when you ask for the payout.

  3. 3

    Request in the cashier

Enter the amount. Fast Bank Transfer accepts £5 to £250,000 equivalent.

  4. 4

    Wait for the bank

Fast Bank Transfer takes 2-4 working days. Other methods have no published time.

That is the shape of your first withdrawal. A few rules sit underneath it. Withdrawals are closed loop, meaning money goes back where it came from. For PayPal, paysafecard and Mastercard you also need a successful deposit with that method in the last 6 months. There are no fees on deposits, and no fees on withdrawals to debit cards and bank. The maximum win is £250,000 on slots, bingo, casino and live games, and £100,000 for poker.

Fast Bank Transfer is withdrawal-only. Its published range is £5 to £250,000 equivalent and its published speed is 2-4 working days. The weekend is the usual reason a transfer feels slow, because banks run their own calendars: Faster Payments works around the clock, but Bacs and CHAPS do not run on bank holidays. Which rail your bank uses is outside the casino's hands.

Source-of-funds checks can ask for payslips or three months of bank statements. You get 28 days to provide them; if you do not, deposits are limited to £100 a month. Answering promptly keeps the account moving.

Your own bank also shapes the experience. Some UK banks, including Monzo, NatWest, RBS, Halifax and Santander, allow customers to switch off gambling payments on their cards, and removing a block can take up to 48 hours at some of them. If a deposit is declined, look at your banking app before you suspect the casino. You pay no UK tax on winnings, meaning the amount you win is the amount that arrives, less nothing from the site because withdrawals to debit cards and bank carry no fee.

The deposit side has a limit worth planning around: £2,000 in a single transaction, with Pay by Bank covering £5 to £5,000 per payment through open banking. Minimum deposits differ by method and appear in the cashier rather than in the terms. Apple Pay and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard and Maestro are the quickest to set up, and paysafecard works only through a paysafecard account, not with vouchers. Skrill and Neteller appear where your cashier shows them, since availability for UK accounts is not confirmed.

What is not published: the pending period, processing times for cards, PayPal and e-wallets, the minimum and maximum withdrawal for cards and PayPal, and a reverse-withdrawal policy. We would rather say so than invent a number. The full walk-through, with every route, is on our withdrawal guide.

What changed in the last year

Legitimacy is not a one-off stamp, so here is what moved in the past twelve months. The first four items come from UK-wide rules that apply to every licensed site, Foxy Bingo included.

Slot stake caps

Since spring 2025 you cannot stake more than £5 per spin on online slots if you are 25 or older, and the limit for 18-24s is £2 per spin.

10x wagering ceiling

Since 19 January 2026, Gambling Commission rules cap wagering requirements on bonuses at 10x.

No mixed bonuses

The same January 2026 change ends bonuses that mix products, such as one reward spanning bingo and slots.

App updated

The iOS app "Foxy Bingo Play Games, Slingo" was updated on 14 October 2026 and mentions Live Game Shows. See the app page.

Licence unchanged

The register still shows the licence as Active, with no break since 1 July 2019.

Offers read differently

Reward terms are shown on the Offers page when you join, so check the current wording there. More in bonuses.

For a player, the practical effect is simple. A 10x cap means a reward cannot come with an enormous playthrough hidden in the small print, and the end of mixed-product bonuses means you always know which games count. The stake caps limit how fast a session can burn through a balance, which is a safer gambling measure rather than a restriction aimed at any one operator. When you read the Offers page, compare the wagering figure with that 10x ceiling; a figure above it would be a reason to ask support before you accept.

Taken together, the year points one way: tighter rules for everyone and a licence that stayed in good standing. These are market-wide rules, not penalties against one site, and they make bonus terms easier to compare across the UK.

Who Foxy Bingo is not for

A site can be fully legitimate and still be the wrong fit. A fair breakdown follows, to help you choose before you register.

It suits you if

  • You like bingo rooms, Slingo and slots in one account.
  • You pay by debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal or Pay by Bank.
  • You are happy to verify your ID and want a regulated, UK-licensed site.
  • You value deposit limits and GAMSTOP being built in.

Better to look elsewhere if

  • You want to pay by credit card, something GB gambling sites cannot accept.
  • You want crypto or anonymous play without checks.
  • You switch between more than 3 payment methods in 30 days.
  • You need single deposits above £2,000 or want to cash out to a different method.
  • You want a phone line for support; there is none.

None of the right-hand points is a sign of a scam. They are the same limits you meet across the regulated UK market, plus the ones in the Foxy Bingo terms. Cards from money-service firms such as Wise or N26 are not accepted either, and the £3 monthly fee on dormant accounts is worth knowing if you play only occasionally. If you are unsure, set a limit first.

Real complaints and how they get resolved

Search "foxy bingo complaints" and you will find the same themes that come up for almost every UK-licensed casino. We do not quote anyone or count cases, because that would be guesswork. The pattern is what matters, and nearly all of it is about rules that were not read in advance rather than missing money.

Verification requests

Players are surprised by ID and source-of-funds checks at the first withdrawal. They are a legal duty, and sending documents early avoids the wait.

Payout to the deposit method

Some expect winnings on a different card or account. The closed-loop rule sends them back to where the money came from.

Payment method limit

Using many methods in a short time can hit the limit of 3 active methods in a rolling 30 days.

Dormant account fee and bonus terms

The £3 monthly inactive-account fee and the conditions attached to a reward are in the terms, but easy to miss at sign-up.

If something does go wrong, the route is short and the same for every licensee. Begin with live chat, because many issues are a missing document or a selected method. If that does not settle it, make a formal complaint to the operator in writing and keep a copy. If the answer does not satisfy you, take the case to IBAS, the ADR body named in the terms. Finally, the Gambling Commission takes reports about licensee conduct, though it does not rule on individual disputes.

Tip: before you complain, write down the date, the method and the amount, and save screenshots of the cashier. A clear record makes live chat quicker and gives IBAS everything it needs if you go further.

The tone of positive feedback is worth noting too. Players who are happy with the site tend to mention the friendly community feel of the bingo rooms, the mix of bingo and Slingo in one place, and the loyalty currency, Foxy Dollars. We cannot turn that into a statistic, and we will not try. It shows only that day-to-day play is a different story from the edge cases that fill complaint pages, which are mostly about verification and withdrawal rules.

One more practical point: most disputes shrink when the player has read the terms before depositing. Spend ten minutes on the terms page, look at the withdrawal rules above and use the deposit limits. Players who do that rarely meet an unpleasant surprise, and those who do know exactly which clause to point to when they contact support.

Foxy Bingo says it offers 24/7 support in the site footer, although live chat hours are not listed separately and there is no general phone line. If you are struggling with your play rather than with a payment, GamCare, BeGambleAware and GAMSTOP are free and independent of the casino.
